How it works?
Start by creating a free ad on Plavito.com “Jobs Offers” Choose Professional . In your profile, you have the opportunity to introduce yourself/company to the employees by telling about the post on Plavito. Once you have completed your profile, the responsible agent will contact you with candidate proposals – expect a response within 3-5 days (working days).
What does it cost?
Neither credit check nor card details needed. RFP charges a service fee of €1 per day a (4-month basis) since the agent work exclusively for you rather than the employee. Once we finalize the details, we will send over an official invoice with convenient bank transfer instructions.
Executive recruiters are paid a percentage of the candidate’s first-year total compensation (08%), after they are successfully hired.
